AI for Good has examined how digital services can better serve older adults as conversational assistants and automated decision systems become more common.

An interface can be technically available while remaining difficult to understand or trust. Variable vision, hearing, dexterity and digital confidence make simple language, adjustable presentation and reliable human escalation essential.
